TripToWork was born out of a passion for adventure and the conviction that work is the best way to truly get to know a culture. We are not a recruitment agency, but a community builder.

We believe a month abroad shapes young men. By working together, cooking together, and hiking into nature together, friendships and skills for life are formed. Simultaneously, we solve a concrete problem for Spanish entrepreneurs facing seasonal labor shortages.
